We are improving EASI'R by releasing new features, working on existing ones and fixing bugs.

This release brings you targets and improved filters
Targets - With the help of targets, Team Admins can set objectives on the performance of a user. This allows for keeping track of national progress, administrating a dealership or measuring performance. The outcome of targets will be visible in reporting, once the new Reporting module is released.
Attach files to Contacts & Accounts - Now you can not only attach files to a Case, but also to a Contact and Account.
- Filters - You can now filter a Contact’s activity history for activities that happened in a specified time period, by activity source or by Case. Also the filter options for Task list, Case list and Contact list, as well as the way agencies can filter for leads have been adjusted to the new style (multi-select instead of only free-text).
- Fixed a bug where a Contact’s birthday could not be deleted
- Fixed a bug where a link in a notification did not work
